Membership Coordinator

Job Summary

The Membership Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting the organisation’s membership operations, from maintaining accurate member records and processing registrations to engaging members and supporting community activities.

Job Description

• Manage membership administration and maintain accurate member records.
• Coordinate participant registration and verification processes.
• Review and validate participant information, including company and business background.
• Manage and engage members within communities and other communication channels.
• Handle member enquiries and provide information on membership benefits, training programmes, and events.
• Coordinate with internal teams on programme participation and member-related matters.
• Prepare membership reports and maintain databases.
• Support membership events, networking sessions, and engagement activities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor and Management.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administration, customer service, membership management, client coordination, or related fields.

• Experience in professional associations, membership organisations, training providers, or event management is an added advantage.
