Membership Executive

Job Responsibilities:

The Membership Executive is responsible for end-to-end membership administrative management, daily member service support, membership platform maintenance, cross-departmental coordination and event auxiliary execution, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of all membership-related workflows and delivering a high-quality member experience.

Administrative Works

• Undertake and follow up on all daily administrative operations pertaining to membership program, ensuring full compliance with internal standards and timely task completion;
• Develop, update and maintain the membership deck regularly to guarantee all displayed membership information is accurate, complete and up-to-date at all times;
• Collect, consolidate and sort out weekly and monthly members' feedback and form standardized feedback summaries for internal reference.

Member Services

• Respond to and resolve all membership enquiries and referral requests promptly via multiple channels, including WhatsApp, email and phone calls;
• Address members’ daily requests and complaints in a professional, patient and solution-oriented manner, properly resolve member issues and maintain good member relations, provide a non-office support when necessary;
• Provide one-on-one assistance and guidance to members on App registration, account login, membership rights activation and other platform-related technical and service issues.

Members’ Promotions/Events

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Communications (Marcom) team to deliver restaurant promotion to members, including designing & uploading event cards on the Membership App, scheduling push notifications and SMS broadcasts, as well as drafting and translating bilingual promotional and service scripts;
• Regularly update and optimize the content and visual images of the Membership App to ensure all platform information is current and consistent with the latest membership policies and promotions;
• Inspect, maintain and test the App scanner and all supporting equipment on a regular basis to ensure good working condition;
• Prepare, organize and regularly replenish offline marketing materials, including flyers, QR code display stands and membership brochures, to support daily promotion and event needs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality, business or related field is preferred;
• 2-year related work experience and familiarity with restaurant business is preferred;
• Self-motivated and goal oriented; able to work independently and in a team;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish good rapport with varied types of customers;
• Good problem-solving skills to address customer issues or concerns and provide satisfactory solutions that benefits both the customers and the company;
• Good time management skills to effectively manage the tasks and provide responsive services to customers and members;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua/ Cantonese);
• Extra working hours for off office hours might be required upon request by immediate superior.
