Membership Executive

Job Summary

Responsible for growing and maintaining a high-quality membership base by managing the complete membership journey, from prospecting and applications to onboarding, engagement, renewals, and retention. The role focuses on understanding prospective and existing members, maintaining strong relationships, supporting membership processes, and ensuring the quality and balance of the member community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a high-quality membership pipeline.
• Understand prospective members and protect the character and balance of the House.
• Manage applications and membership committee processes where applicable.
• Own membership administration, renewals and retention.
• Understand how members use the House and identify changes in engagement.
• Develop the annual cultural and social calendar.
• Create dinners, talks, gatherings, sporting occasions and collaborations members genuinely want to attend.
• Build relationships with chefs, athletes, artists, founders, practitioners, brands and collaborators.
• Work with Sport and Wellness to create programmes beyond their normal daily offer.
• Work closely with the Host to understand member interests and make invitations more personal.
• Measure participation and use feedback to improve future programming.
• Protect the House from becoming over-programmed.
