Membership Program Manager

Granite Comfort is looking for a Membership Program Manager to help manage and improve our membership programs across multiple HVAC and plumbing brands.

This is a data-driven operations role focused on membership billing, reporting, analysis, and process improvement. You’ll work with large datasets to reconcile information, identify problems, understand what’s driving them, and turn your findings into clear recommendations for our brands.

You’ll also manage membership renewals, payment follow-up, customer account updates, and other day-to-day membership activity. You’ll work closely with our call center, local teams, finance, and operations teams, with support available to help execute customer outreach and other program needs.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze membership billing, payments, renewals, cancellations, and revenue
• Understand the difference between cash collected, amounts billed, and revenue recognized over a membership term
• Extract, clean, combine, and reconcile data from multiple sources
• Build accurate, repeatable reports that others can understand and use
• Investigate discrepancies and determine the underlying cause—not just identify that something is wrong
• Translate data findings into clear recommendations and actions for our brands
• Maintain accurate membership and billing information
• Support renewals, payment follow-up, and customer account questions
• Identify opportunities to improve membership processes, reporting, retention, and the overall customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, billing, business operations, membership administration, finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of recurring billing and deferred revenue
• Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables, filtering, and large datasets
• Experience working with database exports and structured data, including unique identifiers, duplicates, missing values, and relationships between records
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to recognize when something doesn’t make sense, investigate why, and recommend a solution
• Experience building repeatable, reliable reports and processes
• Exceptional attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through
• Strong communication skills and the ability to turn complex findings into clear guidance
• ServiceTitan or other CRM/business management system experience is a plus
