Membership Program Specialist

Key responsibilities

1.      Member Engagement & Support

• Serve as the primary contact for members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Manage membership applications, provide support for new members and guide them through benefits.
• Collect and act on member feedback to improve services and strengthen retention.
• Collaborate with universities to launch and execute student membership and staff programs.
• Ensure consistent communication and service standards.

2.      Program and Benefits Management

• Execute the student membership program, enabling direct product purchases and membership benefits.
• Oversee membership benefits, ensuring competitiveness and relevance to student audiences.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase membership acquisition and retention.
• Monitor membership trends, prepare reports, and analyze data for improvements.
• Manage monthly stock distribution to the members efficiently.
• Coordinate membership renewals, billing, and benefit distribution.

3.      Marketing & Outreach

• Promote membership programs through career fairs, events, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional materials.
• Conduct lead generation activities and outreach to potential members.

4.      Data & Reporting

• Maintain accurate membership records and update databases.
• Maintain CRM or membership databases with accurate records.
• Track membership metrics and sales performance.
• Produce dashboards and reports for the management.

About you

• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, relationship management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse client base and stakeholders (spoken and written)
