Membership Sales Associate — KALM Studio
Old Town Alexandria, VA | Part-time, 20–25 hours/week
$15 to $18/hour plus membership sales commission

KALM Studio is a recovery and movement studio in Old Town Alexandria. Infrared sauna, cold plunge, contrast therapy, Pilates, and Yoga. One studio, not a franchise.

The role

You own the member journey from first inquiry to renewal. Leads in, memberships sold, members kept. You are measured on conversion and retention.

What you'll do

• Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email, fast
• Run studio tours and membership consultations
• Recommend the membership that fits, then ask for the sale
• Chase intro clients and prospects who got a link but never purchased
• Track every lead and follow-up in Momence
• Onboard new members so their first 30 days stick
• Reach out to members with low attendance before they cancel
• Ask for referrals, reviews, and feedback

How you're measured

Lead response time. Tours booked and show rate. Intro-to-membership conversion. Memberships sold and recurring revenue added. 30, 60, and 90-day retention. Referrals.

Who you are

• Comfortable asking for the sale, without a script
• Warm, organized, and relentless on follow-through
• Confident by phone, text, and in person
• Boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, or membership sales experience preferred

Schedule

20–25 hours weighted toward peak conversion times: weekday afternoons and evenings, weekend mornings. Includes protected off-floor time for lead follow-up.

Compensation

• $15 -$18/hour depending on experience
• Membership sales commission and performance incentives
• Complimentary KALM membership and retail discount

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
