About the Role: Moxie Salon and Beauty Bar in Morrisville, NC is looking for a passionate and driven Membership Sales Associate to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell salon membership packages to new and existing clients
• Greet and engage walk-in guests, creating a welcoming and energetic first impression
• Educate clients on membership benefits, services, and pricing options
• Meet and exceed individual and team membership sales goals
• Follow up with prospective members via phone, email, or in-person outreach
• Assist with front desk operations including scheduling, check-ins, and client inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and membership enrollments

Requirements:

• Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Enthusiastic, positive, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a busy salon environment
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with salon or POS software is a plus
• Passion for beauty, wellness, and delivering exceptional client experiences
