Membership Sales Consultant

About the role

As our Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for results, inspiring your community to exercise, growing the membership base of your club, nurturing leads and ensuring a strong team environment where the club and its members thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Handling incoming calls and lead enquiries, booking them in for club tours
• Taking prospects through a needs analysis and club tour, providing membership options to help them start their fitness journey
• Reaching monthly membership sales and retention targets
• Following and implementing the brand sales and service strategies
• Using the brand tools, scripts and procedures to build consistency and effectiveness
• Using the brand CRM system to manage communication of client connections
• Encouraging referrals and community lead generation activities
• Building relationships with clients through the delivery of customer service
• Networking with local business to create awareness and generate leads
• Converting leads to members and make an impact on the club's membership base growth targets

About you

• Minimum 12 months proven experience with face-to-face sales
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to connect and build strong relationships quickly
• Can work towards targets with enthusiasm
• Enthusiastic sales focus; able to identify sales, service and marketing opportunities
• Hands-on, positive, can-do attitude
• Passionate about women's health and fitness
• Available to work across a range of early mornings, evenings and some weekends
• Ability to self-manage and achieve with minimum direction
