Membership Sales Representative

$50,000–$85,000+ Total Earning Potential
$20/hour base + commission + bi-weekly performance bonuses

Speakeasy Fitness is seeking experienced, results-driven sales professionals who know how to build rapport, follow up consistently, and take ownership of their performance.

This is a fast-paced sales role with clear expectations and measurable goals. The primary focus is generating revenue through membership sales, lead follow-up, member engagement, and additional sales opportunities throughout the club.

What You’ll Do

• Sell gym memberships and services
• Build rapport with prospects and convert interest into sales
• Make outbound calls and consistently follow up with leads
• Schedule appointments and conduct gym tours
• Identify additional revenue opportunities
• Follow up on past-due accounts and assist with payment or billing issues
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Deliver a professional, high-quality member experience

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Confident selling both in person and over the phone
• Comfortable making outbound calls and actively pursuing opportunities
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Able to take ownership of results in a goal-driven environment

Experience in membership sales, fitness, automotive, wireless, hospitality, or other performance-driven sales environments is a plus.
