The Opportunity

As a Membership Sales Consultant, you’ll be on the front lines of motivation, transformation, and results. This is a 100% Sales & Marketing role where your energy, consistency, and hustle directly impact your income and career growth.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective members by building value around health, fitness, and lifestyle change
• Guide guests through tours and consultations that inspire them to start their fitness journey
• Follow up with interested leads via phone calls and outreach to bring them into the club
• Generate your own leads through in‑club and community marketing efforts
• Educate guests on Personal Training, helping them see the benefits of professional coaching
• Match members with Personal Training programs to accelerate their results
• Maintain a clean, professional club environment that supports an exceptional member experience
