The Metropolitan YMCAs of Mississippi is hiring a Membership Representative at our Clinton location. If you enjoy people and want a job that makes a difference in your community, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll do:
Greet members and guests and create a welcoming experience at the front desk
Answer membership questions, give tours, and help new members join
Process registrations, payments, and account updates
Support programs and events, and help keep the facility running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
A friendly, dependable person with strong customer service skills
Comfort with computers and handling payments
Ability to work days/evenings/weekends - We have many shifts available!
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
