About OsteoStrong
OsteoStrong is a wellness center that helps people improve their bone and muscle strength, balance and overall wellbeing through short, once-a-week sessions on specialized equipment. Our members range from active adults who want to stay strong to older adults focused on staying independent, and every one of them deserves to feel supported from their first visit on.
About the Role
The Membership Success Coach is the first person new members get to know and the one who keeps them engaged. You’ll welcome people starting their trial month, guide them through onboarding, check in on how they’re doing, and follow up with leads who haven’t come in yet. You’re part host, part coach and part salesperson, but your real job is making sure every member has a great experience and wants to stay.
What You’ll Do
Welcome and onboard trial members

Greet new trial members and make them feel at home from the moment they walk in.

Walk them through onboarding: how sessions work, what to expect, and how to get started on the equipment.

Help each person set personal goals and build a plan for their trial month.

Guide members through their retention journey

Call each new member after their first 6 weeks to see how things are going, answer questions and address any concerns.

Celebrate progress, revisit goals and help members stay motivated.

Flag members who seem disengaged and work with the team to bring them back on track.

Follow up on sales leads

Call leads who scheduled a visit but didn’t show up or canceled, and help them rebook.

Help trial members choose the membership package that best fits their goals as their trial ends.

Respond to social media inquiries

Reply promptly and professionally to questions and comments from our Facebook and Instagram ads.

Turn interested inquiries into booked visits.

Manage the lead pipeline

Keep every lead and trial member up to date in the Strong Client dashboard, including where they came from, their status and next steps.

Track who signed up, who scheduled, who canceled or didn’t show, and who converted to a membership.

Share pipeline updates with the operations manager.

Fill in as a coach when needed

Step in to coach members through their sessions when the schedule requires it, including helping them use the equipment safely and reviewing their progress charts.

What We’re Looking For
Required

2+ years of experience in customer service, membership sales, hospitality, fitness or a wellness setting

Warm, upbeat and genuinely interested in people

Comfortable making phone calls and talking about memberships without being pushy

Organized and reliable about follow-up

Comfortable using a CRM or client dashboard, and social media for business

Clear spoken and written communication

Nice to have

Experience in a fitness studio, gym, physical therapy office or senior wellness setting

Sales or membership conversion experience

Physical Requirements

Able to stand and move around the center for extended periods
