What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales, membership or customer service roles, ideally within the health and fitness industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine connections with clients
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a results-driven environment
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail when managing administrative tasks
• Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale software (training will be provided)
• A genuine passion for women's health, fitness and wellbeing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Professional appearance and a friendly, positive attitude
• Flexibility to work casual shifts, including weekends and peak hours as required
• Current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it (desirable)
