Location: Mount Horeb, WI
Schedule: 8-hour shifts (6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am) | Every other weekend
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hr (higher with experience and certifications)
Hours: 24–40 per week

As a Memory Care Team Member, you’ll do more than provide care, you’ll build relationships, share laughter, and help residents find meaning and joy in each day. You'll work to discover portals into their lasting memories through music, movement, pictures, and stories.

What You’ll Do

• Provide loving, person-centered care to elderly residents, supporting them with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meals, and medication.
• Engage residents in meaningful moments such as conversation, activities, or creative redirection, that honor who they are and what they love.
• Create and maintain a clean, welcoming home environment full of comfort and positive energy.
• Support your team with kindness and professionalism, sharing ideas and helping one another succeed.
• Participate in ongoing training, shift reports, and team meetings - always with curiosity, gratitude, humility, respect, and a growth mindset.

Requirements

• Experience in caregiving (memory care experience a plus!)
• Customer service skills and a heart for helping others
• CNA or Standard Precautions required
• WI CBRF Certification in Medication Administration required
• Reliable transportation to Mount Horeb, WI
• Availability every other weekend
