Position: Validation Engineer 3
Experience: 6-9 Years
Location:HYDERABAD
Contract :12 Months
Role & responsibilities
- Execute functional validation, debug, and characterization of DDR5/LPDDR5 memory subsystems on AMD x86 SoCs.
- Develop and execute memory validation, margining, stress, and interoperability tests.
- Perform Memory RAS validation, including error injection, ECC, fault handling, and recovery testing.
- Debug memory and platform-level issues using Linux tools and lab instrumentation.
- Collaborate with Silicon, BIOS, Firmware, and Platform teams for issue isolation and resolution.
- Develop automation and validation workflows using Python scripting and Linux.
- Analyze memory failures, logs, system behavior, and platform-level issues.
- Work with schematics and layout files during hardware debug and validation.
- Support power management and platform validation activities.
