Mental Health Therapist

We are expanding our clinical team in Bismarck to meet increasing community demand, seeking a fully licensed practitioner skilled in working with men, women, and children facing trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, addiction, grief, and personal growth.

Ideal candidates have expertise or interest in Couples Therapy, Child Therapy (ages 5-17), or Men’s Issues (ages 25-65), with preferred certifications in evidence-based modalities.

The role offers autonomy, a flexible hybrid schedule (in-person and telehealth), and a caseload tailored to your strengths, with full clinical independence.

Qualifications include an active North Dakota license (LPC, LPCC, LCSW), 2+ years post-licensure experience, strong assessment skills, and excellent communication.
