Role & responsibilities

• Ensure child safety, hygiene, and quality care at all times.
• Handle parents professionally and build strong relationships.
• Plan and conduct daily classroom activities as per the curriculum.
• Ensure timely implementation of the curriculum.
• Maintain classroom discipline and an engaging learning environment.
• Submit daily reports and maintain child records.
• Support admissions, parent retention, and achievement of centre targets.
• Coordinate with the Centre Head and team for smooth centre operations.
• Graduate/Diploma (Early Childhood Education preferred).
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for working with young children.
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
