MEP (AC & Electrical) Technician

Tawasol Solution & Services LLC is looking for experienced MEP Technicians with strong AC/HVAC and Electrical experience to support our telecom and construction projects across the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of MEP systems at telecom sites, construction sites, data centers and other project locations.

Key Responsibilities AC / HVAC

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot split AC, package AC, FCU, AHU and other HVAC equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of AC systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in air-conditioning systems.
• Check refrigerant levels, compressors, motors, thermostats and control systems.
• Perform AC servicing, cleaning and replacement of faulty components.
• Respond to AC breakdowns at project and telecom sites.

Electrical

• Carry out electrical installation, maintenance and troubleshooting works.
• Install and maintain DBs, distribution panels, isolators, sockets, lighting and related electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults using appropriate testing equipment.
• Perform cable termination, cable routing and basic electrical connections.
• Check power supply, breakers, contactors, relays and electrical control circuits.
• Support electrical works related to telecom equipment, shelters, equipment rooms and data center facilities.

MEP / Site Works

• Carry out general MEP installation, maintenance and repair works at project sites.
• Read and understand basic electrical, HVAC and MEP drawings.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors and other technicians.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and site inspections.
• Identify faults and report technical issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure all work is completed according to project requirements and safety procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment and work areas properly.
• Travel to different project sites across the UAE when required.
• Perform emergency/breakdown maintenance when required.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma / Technical Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Refrigeration or MEP.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• UAE experience in telecom, construction, MEP, facilities management or data center projects is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in AC/HVAC and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and AC faults independently.
• Ability to read basic electrical and MEP drawings.
• Good knowledge of electrical safety and general HSE requirements.
• UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.
• Willingness to work at different project locations across the UAE.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month, depending on experience and technical skills.

Additional benefits will be provided as per company policy and employment package.

Candidates with strong UAE experience, AC/HVAC expertise, electrical troubleshooting skills and a valid UAE driving licence may be considered for a higher salary.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
