MEP Assistant Engineer-

High rise, Commercial and residential Building , Industrial buildings / Min. 6 yrs. Experience required in Civil industry

Education: Diploma / Degree - Electrical / Mechanical

Role & responsibilities -

1. Design review & Planning Review and interpret MEP drawings and specifications. Prepare and review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants. Ensure compliance with local codes and standards.

2. Site Supervision Supervise installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Monitor subcontractors and site workforce performance. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project schedule. Conduct site inspections and quality checks.

3. Coordination Coordinate MEP services with civil and architectural works. Attend coordination meetings with project managers and consultants. Resolve technical clashes and site issues.

4. Testing & Commissioning Oversee testing and commissioning of MEP systems. Ensure systems operate efficiently and meet design requirements. Prepare commissioning reports and handover documentation.

5. Documentation & Reporting Prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Maintain records of inspections, approvals, and variations. Assist in cost estimation and BOQ verification.
