MEP Billing Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for MEP projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct rate analysis to determine the most cost-effective options for clients' requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely submission of bills and resolve any discrepancies that may arise.
• Verify billings against contract specifications, identifying potential issues or errors.

Job Requirements :

• 6-12 years of experience in preparing BOQs, conducting rate analyses, and verifying bills in the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong understanding of QS (Quantity Surveyor) principles and practices.
• Proficiency in creating accurate estimates using software such as QS systems.
