Position: MEP BIM Coordinator

Site Office location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.

2. Review HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical, and ELV models for accuracy and completeness.

3. Perform clash detection and identify conflicts between MEP services, architectural elements, and structural components.

4. Prepare clash reports, assign coordination issues, and follow up on resolutions with relevant teams.

5. Conduct BIM coordination meetings with internal teams, consultants, and other project stakeholders.

6. Ensure proper routing and coordination of ducts, pipes, cable trays, conduits, and other MEP services.

7. Review model quality, LOD requirements, naming conventions, and project BIM standards.

8. Monitor BIM deliverables and ensure timely submission of coordinated models and drawings.

9. Support BIM Modelers in resolving technical and modeling issues.

10. Review shop drawings, coordinated layouts, sections, and installation drawings.

11. Manage model updates and track design revisions.

12. Prepare coordination reports, clash summaries, and BIM progress reports.

13. Support construction teams with BIM coordination and as-built model requirements.

Required Technical Skills

Autodesk Revit MEP – HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and ELV.

Navisworks Manage – clash detection and coordination.

AutoCAD – drawing review and interpretation.

Knowledge of MEP systems and multidisciplinary coordination.

Understanding of BIM execution plans (BEP), LOD, and project BIM standards.

Clash management, issue tracking, and coordination reporting.

Good communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
