Position: MEP BIM Engineer

Job Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain accurate MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.Model and coordinate HVAC, Plumbing/PHE and Fire Fighting systems as per project requirements.Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks Manage.Coordinate MEP services with Architectural and Structural models.Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, sections, elevations and construction drawings.Develop models according to required LOD standards.Review models and drawings for accuracy and quality.Identify design conflicts and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.Incorporate RFI, consultant comments and design revisions into BIM models.Prepare quantity take-offs, schedules and BIM documentation when required.Participate in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and technical review meetings.

Ability to independently create and modify BIM models.

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Willingness to work from any of the mentioned JSE locations based on project requirements.PreferredCandidates with GCC / Middle East / UK / US project experience will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
