MEP BIM Modeler

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MEP BIM Modeler to develop and maintain accurate 3D models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The successful candidate will coordinate with engineers, architects, and other project teams to ensure proper model integration, clash detection, and the timely delivery of BIM drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Create MEP models using Autodesk Revit based on design drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, coordination drawings, sections, and installation layouts.
• Perform clash detection and assist in resolving conflicts between MEP, architectural, and structural models using Navisworks.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, BIM coordinators, and other project stakeholders.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Update BIM models based on design revisions, coordination comments, and site conditions.
• Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project BIM standards and requirements.
• Assist with quantity take-offs, material schedules, and as-built documentation.
• Meet project deadlines and ensure timely submission of BIM deliverables.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical course.
• Experience as an MEP BIM Modeler or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Navisworks Manage and clash detection workflows is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and construction documents.
• Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a project team.

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
