MEP BIM Modeller

• Lead the creation and management of highly detailed 3D MEP (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire) models and production-ready 2D design/construction drawings.
• Establish and enforce project standards using templates, views, filters, and standard model setups across all MEP disciplines.
• Integrate complex design updates, drive multi-disciplinary clash resolution, manage project parameter data, and maintain model integrity.
• Ensure spatial clearances, run comprehensive clash checks, manage CDE deliverables, meet project milestones, and proactively resolve technical design issues.

Required

• Proven practical Revit MEP experience (3+ years in professional design or contracting environments).
• Advanced custom parametric family creation and structured model management skills.
• Deep knowledge of MEP templates, design codes, spatial clearance rules, and ISO 19650 / LOD standards.
• Excellent technical problem-solving, strong communication, and the ability to guide junior modelling team members.

Desirable

• Exposure to Dynamo scripting for workflow automation.
• Hands-on proficiency in Navisworks, Civil 3D, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).
• Relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
