Job Summary

WISE is looking for an experienced MEP Consultant to coordinate mechanical, electrical and plumbing services for building and interior projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of building services, the ability to review engineering drawings and experience coordinating with architects, designers and other consultants to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) layouts, drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage and fire-fighting consultants.
• Ensure proper integration of MEP services with architectural and structural drawings.
• Identify design clashes and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve technical issues.
• Review MEP drawings and specifications for accuracy, feasibility and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors and project management teams throughout the design and execution stages.
• Participate in technical discussions and design coordination meetings.
• Assist in resolving site-related MEP issues and provide technical clarifications when required.
• Monitor drawing revisions and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
• Ensure building services are coordinated efficiently to meet project requirements and applicable standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or a related engineering discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in MEP consultancy, building services or MEP coordination.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, drainage and fire-fighting services.
• Ability to read, interpret and review architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of relevant MEP design and coordination software will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of building services standards, technical specifications and coordination procedures.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project requirements and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
