MEP Coordinator

• Lead and manage MEP BIM coordination for complex construction projects.
• Develop, review, and coordinate detailed MEP BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Perform advanced clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Fighting systems with architectural and structural disciplines.
• Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination meetings and resolve technical issues.
• Review shop drawings, coordination drawings, and BIM models for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure models meet LOD 300/400, BIM standards, BEP, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor BIM deliverables, model quality, and coordination progress.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or related field.
2. 5–10 years of strong MEP BIM coordination experience.
3. Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC.
4. Strong experience in clash detection, multidisciplinary coordination, LOD 400, and BIM model management.
5. Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices.
6. Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
7. UAE/GCC project experience preferred.
