MEP Coordinator

We are looking for a MEP Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience in construction projects to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works with Civil, Structural and Architectural teams and ensuring smooth execution of MEP activities at site.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP works with Civil, Structural and Architectural teams.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) activities at the construction site.
• Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and site engineers.
• Monitor MEP installation works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify and resolve site coordination issues, clashes and interface problems.
• Follow up on MEP material requirements, inspections and technical submissions.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, snagging and project handover activities.
• Ensure MEP works are completed according to project schedules, quality standards and approved requirements.
• Prepare and maintain MEP coordination documents, reports and site records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of MEP experience in construction projects.
• UAE construction experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Knowledge of Revit / Navisworks will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively at construction sites and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
