What they need
- HVAC Heat Load Calculation using HAP and Excel
- Ventilation and HVAC system calculations
- Selection of Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF and Split Units
- Designing of HVAC ducting and piping systems
- Chilled water, hot water, condenser water and refrigerant piping design
- Project planning, execution, estimation and costing
- Site planning, inspection and coordination
- Preparation of Tender Documents, Technical Specifications and BOQ
- Comparative analysis and evaluation of tenders
- Preparation of equipment schedules and technical documentation
- Working knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, DOL and Star-Delta systems
- Design and drafting using AutoCAD and Revit
- Coordination with consultants, contractors and project teams
- Monitoring project execution and ensuring compliance with design specifications
