MEP Designer

• Develop detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) system designs and drawings using CAD software, ensuring compliance with project specifications and building codes.
• Perform load calculations, energy analysis, and system sizing to optimize performance and efficiency for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall building design.
• Produce comprehensive MEP design documentation, including schematics, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ), for tender and construction purposes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Hold professional certifications such as PE (Professional Engineer) or LEED AP, demonstrating advanced expertise.
• Bring 5+ years of progressive experience in MEP design within the building services or construction industry.
• Exhibit proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP) and BIM platforms.
