MEP Draftsman

• Prepare MEP drawings (e.g., layouts, schematics, shop drawings) using AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software.
• Ensure designs comply with RAK Municipality standards and UAE utility requirements (e.g., RAK Electricity and Water Authority).
• Collaborate with the MEP Project Manager and engineers to update drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
• Coordinate MEP designs with civil and structural disciplines to avoid clashes.
• Maintain an organized filing system for drawings and revisions.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and supporting project documentation.
• Participate in design review meetings as directed by the MEP Project Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for an MEP Draftsman to produce detailed drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in Ras Al Khaimah. The role supports the MEP team in delivering accurate designs for construction projects.

Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Drafting.

Minimum 2 years of MEP drafting experience, preferably in the UAE.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Understanding of MEP systems and RAK regulations.

Detail-oriented with strong communication skills; English fluency required.
