We are looking for an experienced MEP Draftsman to join our team in Riyadh.

The candidate should have extensive experience in MEP drafting and shop drawing preparation, with a strong background in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Low Current systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue MEP Shop Drawings for project execution.
• Prepare and submit MEP technical drawings and submittals for consultant/client approval.
• Prepare and update As-Built Drawings according to actual site conditions.
• Prepare and assist with MEP calculations and technical documentation.
• Review and coordinate MEP drawings with architectural and other disciplines.
• Follow up on drawing comments and make the required revisions.
• Coordinate with engineers, site teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, complete, and issued according to project requirements and deadlines.

Job Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in MEP drafting.
• Strong experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Low Current Systems.
• Solid knowledge of MEP Shop Drawings, Submittals, and As-Built Drawings.
• Experience with MEP calculations and technical drawings.
• Good understanding of construction and interior fit-out projects.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Revit MEP experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with the project team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Candidates currently in Riyadh / Saudi Arabia are preferred.
• Transferable Iqama is preferred.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Pay: ﷼100.00 - ﷼100,000,000.00 per month
