We are a leading manpower supply company in Dubai, providing skilled technical and engineering professionals to major construction and development projects across the UAE. We are currently seeking a qualified MEP Draftsman to support one of our clients on ongoing high-rise residential and commercial building projects.

Job Description

The MEP Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed MEP drawings, coordinating with design and site teams, and ensuring that all technical drawings meet project specifications and applicable UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed MEP drawings and layouts for high-rise residential and commercial buildings.
• Prepare and update drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Review and revise drawings based on design changes and project requirements.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, architects, consultants, and site teams.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, approved designs, and applicable UAE standards.
• Prepare 2D and 3D MEP drawings as required.
• Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and technical documentation.
• Support the project team with drawing-related technical requirements and updates.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as an MEP Draftsman.
• Minimum total experience: 4-5 years.
• Strong experience working on high-rise residential and commercial building projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit MEP and other MEP drafting/BIM software will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems and technical drawing standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
