MEP Draftsman

Q-Links Property Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced MEP Draftsman to prepare and coordinate detailed MEP drawings for commercial and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong AutoCAD skills and a good understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Develop HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting layouts based on approved designs.
• Prepare plans, sections, elevations, details, schematics, and equipment layouts.
• Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural and structural drawings.
• Revise drawings based on engineer/consultant comments and site requirements.
• Prepare material and equipment layouts and MEP details as required.
• Maintain proper drawing standards, revisions, and documentation.
• Conduct site visits when required to verify existing conditions and installation progress.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams to resolve drawing-related issues and clashes.

Requirements

• DAE in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field.
• 2 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman, preferably in Highrise projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Experience in MEP coordination and clash resolution.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple drawing revisions.
