MEP Draftsman

We are looking for an experienced MEP Draftsman with strong expertise in HVAC and Plumbing drafting to join our engineering and MEP services operations.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing and developing accurate HVAC and Plumbing shop drawings, technical drawings, layouts, and MEP drafting documentation in accordance with project requirements, engineering specifications, and relevant drafting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed HVAC and Plumbing shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop MEP layouts, technical drawings, and drafting documentation.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare drawings based on architectural, structural, and MEP requirements.
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant drafting standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate HVAC and Plumbing drawings with other MEP disciplines.
• Make revisions and updates to drawings based on project requirements and engineer/client comments.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation of all drawings.
• Identify and resolve drafting-related issues before submission.
• Support the engineering team with technical drafting requirements.
• Work on international/Gulf projects and follow applicable project standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant MEP drafting experience.
• Foreign/Gulf experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in HVAC and Plumbing shop drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of MEP drafting standards and technical drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Personal laptop is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Work Arrangement

• Work From Home (WFH)
• Occasional visits to the Alappuzha office as required.
• Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and suitable working setup.
