Job Description - HVAC AutoCAD Draughtsman - Vacant Position - 02
Design and preparation of HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical services drawings for Hotel/ Hospital/ commercial/ residential/ industrial buildings for the following works.
Should be able to study shop drawings from consultant / client.
Able to perform the following:
a. HVAC ducting design
b. Chilled water piping design
c. Design air distribution system
Good knowledge in HVAC system to take up complete Drafting works independently.
Responsible for making good for construction drawings & estimate quantities for design team.
Responsible for approval of all HVAC shop drawings and coordinate with architects/clients/contractors.
Internal co-ordination with planning & project team for coordination drawings.
Preparation of as built drawings if required.

- Toilet Detail layout

- Water supply schematic diagram

- WTP, STP, ETP & RO system diagram

- External (storm & sewage services)
Job Description - Electrical AutoCAD Draughtsman - Vacant Position - 02
Power layout/ Lighting layout
Emergency lighting layout
Fire detection & Alarm layout
Voice/ data layout
Earthing & lighting protection layout
Power, Fire alarm, Emergency Lighting, ELV schematics
Electrical As-built drawings
Well versed with drawing symbol and standards
9- Overall cable routing layout
- Basic knowledge of preliminary design, basic designs & detailing of services
Working Conditions:
- Primarily office-based, with occasional site visits and inspections.
2.Travel may be required depending on project locations.
