NEXT is hiring for the position of MEP Engineer



Responsibilities:

• Coordinate MEP system projects (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical).
• Review and evaluate technical design documentation.
• Participate in the development of MEP concepts.
• Plan, monitor, and control project activities and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Organize and participate in technical meetings.
• Review Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, and Method Statements.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), specifications, and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with construction regulations and international standards.
• Prepare project progress and performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the MEP field.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical systems.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit MEP will be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of construction standards and codes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
