MEP Engineer – Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of work experience in MEP, mechanical engineering, construction, or building systems.
• Have a Council of Engineers (COE) Associate Engineering License (ใบ กว. ภาคี).
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience working on villa, condominium, residential, or commercial projects is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MEP systems, including air conditioning, plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection systems.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and MEP plans.
• Able to use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other related programs.
• Have basic knowledge of MEP installation and site inspection.
• Able to work and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and other teams.
• Good understanding of construction work, materials, and technical requirements.
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure and complete tasks on time.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn new skills and develop professionally.
