Mep Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and manage site execution of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting/Fire

Alarm and ELV systems.

• Coordinate MEP works with Civil, Structural and Architectural teams.
• Read and check MEP, Civil, Architectural and GFC drawings.
• Monitor contractors/vendors, site progress, quality and project schedules.
• Check BOQ, quantities, measurements and MEP billing.
• Handle testing & commissioning and snag/punch point closure.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors to resolve site issues.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5 years of practical MEP site experience.
• Strong knowledge of MEP execution, supervision and coordination.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project.
• Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
• Ability to independently handle MEP site activities and coordinate with multiple teams.
