MEP Engineer

We are looking Engineer for planning, coordinating, and supervising MEP works for interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion in line with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Review MEP drawings and project specifications.

Supervise HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV installations.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Prepare material requests, shop drawings, and progress reports.

Resolve technical issues and support testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and project standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.

3–5 years of MEP fit-out experience.

Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV systems.

Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM is an advantage.

Skills

Strong technical and coordination skills.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings.

Good communication, problem-solving, and time management.

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Driving License is Mandatory

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
