About the Role

We are looking for a MEP Engineer to join our construction and technical services team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising MEP works on construction, renovation, and fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate MEP works on construction and fit-out sites.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP activities.
• Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate MEP works with civil and architectural works.
• Monitor subcontractors and site teams to ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify technical issues.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project management teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety requirements.
• Assist with material selection, technical submissions, and quantity requirements.
• Prepare site reports and maintain relevant project documentation.
• Resolve day-to-day technical and coordination issues on site.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in MEP works within construction, renovation, or fit-out projects in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, and site coordination.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with site teams.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
