MEP Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, review, coordinate, and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for building and facility projects.
• Review MEP plans, shop drawings, technical specifications, and material submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Supervise and monitor the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure proper project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including as-built drawings, inspection reports, testing records, and maintenance records.
• Ensure that MEP works are completed according to required quality, safety, cost, and schedule standards.
• Perform other engineering and facilities-related duties as assigned by the management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Relevant work experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably with 1–2 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering, building facilities, construction, or maintenance.
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and building services.
• Familiarity with MEP plans, technical drawings, specifications, and site coordination.
• Knowledge of basic testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of MEP systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other relevant engineering/design software is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site in Parañaque City, Metro Manila, or relocate to Parañaque if necessary.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
