Position: Manager MEP (Engineering – Projects)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting (MEPF) works for a large-scale greenfield high-rise commercial project.

The role involves client-side project management, site execution, stakeholder coordination, quality control, procurement, billing, testing, commissioning and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise MEPF installation and project execution.
• Coordinate MEP services with civil, structural and architectural works.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and project teams.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones and site issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality and safety standards.
• Review drawings, test reports, material requirements and site documentation.
• Support MEP tendering, procurement and contractor bill verification.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and integration of MEP systems.
• Ensure successful project completion and final handover.

Must-Have Requirements

• Electrical Engineering background is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial/corporate buildings, hotels, malls or high-rise projects.
• Must have handled a high-rise commercial project from excavation stage through completion/handover.
• Strong experience in greenfield project execution.
• Candidate should be ready to relocate to Ahmedabad.
• Experience in client-side/project management environment will be relevant.

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical Engineering
