MEP Engineer

· Review MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs prior to project execution.

· Coordinate with design consultants, architects, structural teams, and contractors.

· Prepare and monitor MEP project schedules in line with overall construction timelines.

· Identify potential design and execution issues and propose solutions.

· Supervise installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and ELV systems.

· Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and standards.

· Monitor daily site progress and resolve technical issues promptly.

· Coordinate with civil teams to ensure proper integration of MEP services.

· Ensure all MEP works comply with project specifications and relevant codes/standards.

· Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.

· Review material submittals, shop drawings, and technical documents.

· Implement QA/QC procedures and maintain quality records.

· Assist in preparing MEP budgets and cost estimates.

· Monitor material usage and control wastage.

· Support procurement by reviewing technical specifications and vendor proposals.

· Evaluate subcontractor performance and certify bills.

· Plan and supervise testing and commissioning activities for all MEP systems.

· Ensure systems are functioning as per design requirements.

· Coordinate with third-party agencies for inspections and approvals.

· Prepare commissioning reports and handover documentation.

· Ensure adherence to HSE policies and safety standards on-site.

· Conduct safety inspections and enforce safe work practices.

· Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and local authority requirements.

· Maintain proper documentation including drawings, reports, and approvals.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

· Track project milestones and highlight delays or risks to management.

· Lead and supervise junior engineers, supervisors, and technicians.

· Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.

· Provide technical guidance and training to team members.

· Ensure effective communication within the project team.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
