Key Responsibilities
Technical Submittals & Documentation: Prepare and manage technical submittals, method statements, HIRARCs, and coordination drawings for critical infrastructure.
Site Execution: Supervise site installations, manage subcontractor works, monitor safety compliance, and handle technical submittals.
Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC): Implement QA/QC procedures, inspect incoming MEP materials against approved submittals, and ensure non-compliance issues are resolved promptly.
Testing & Commissioning (T&C): Oversee system testing, inspections, snagging rectification, and project handover
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in MEP site supervision or project coordination, with direct hands-on involvement in data center construction or high-tech industrial facilities.
