- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction and fit-out works in the UAE
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Ability to join immediately
- Good knowledge of UAE codes, standards, and site practices
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) at site
- Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and fit-out teams
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality and compliance
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
- Identify and resolve site issues related to MEP installations
- Ensure health, safety, and site regulations are followed at all times
