Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to support warehouse, dark-store and commercial fit-out projects, alongside facility maintenance operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in MEP execution, site supervision, HVAC, refrigeration and cold-room systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise mechanical, electrical and plumbing works across project sites.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, technical submissions, BOQs and cost estimates.
• Ensure installations follow approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Support material selection, procurement and delivery planning.
• Monitor site progress, identify technical issues and implement practical solutions.
• Coordinate authority submissions, inspections and approvals.
• Supervise engineers’ assigned technicians and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safe working practices.
• Support troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and repairs of HVAC, refrigeration, cold-room and other MEP systems.
• Conduct inspections and support testing, commissioning and snagging.
• Prepare progress reports, as-built drawings and handover documentation.
• Attend sites and provide supervision according to project requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant UAE experience in MEP works for warehouses, dark stores or commercial fit-outs.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and cold-room systems.
• Experience in site supervision, estimation and technical coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read technical drawings and resolve site issues.
• Familiarity with UAE authority approval processes.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
