What they need
- Develop and review MEP system designs (HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, plumbing, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
- Perform HVAC load calculations, electrical load estimations, and plumbing system sizing
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure conflict-free design
- Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, and material specifications
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Identify and resolve installation or system integration issues
- Support commissioning and handover of MEP systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
