Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for commercial building and university projects. The candidate should have relevant site execution experience, knowledge of MEP systems, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor MEP installation and execution activities at the project site.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and firefighting works as applicable to the project.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other engineering teams to resolve site-related issues.
• Monitor contractors, subcontractors, material requirements, and daily site progress.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve execution issues and coordinate necessary corrective actions.
• Review MEP drawings and coordinate drawing revisions with the concerned teams.
• Maintain site progress reports, inspection records, and relevant project documentation.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, and handover activities as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant discipline as required by the project.
• 4–8 years of relevant MEP site execution experience.
• Experience in commercial building or university/campus projects is required.
• Good knowledge of MEP installation, site coordination, drawings, and quality standards.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work at the project location in Mysore.
