MEP Engineer

ManpowerGroup Greece , on behalf of our client a real estate development company specializing in the design and delivery of high-quality residential and investment properties, is seeking an MEP Engineer based in Athens.

📌 Location: Athens

📍 Working Model: On-site

🖋️You will be reporting to: Construction Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the designers and assist them when required.
• Review the technical descriptions/specifications and collect quotations from the relevant MEP subcontractors based on these requirements.
• Compare and follow up on subcontractor quotations and coordinate any necessary technical clarifications.
• Follow up with the selected subcontractors throughout the process and coordinate with them regarding the required works.
• Follow up on the necessary procedures and documentation related to permits, approvals and their completion/closure.
• Support the designer and project team with the overall MEP coordination of the project.

Requirements:

• Graduate of University (AEI/TEI) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or relevant.
• Approximately 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Autocad and experience reading construction drawings.
• Fluency in English and Greek.

• Willingness to learn and pursue continuous development.
