About the role

Konstruksi is seeking a talented MEP Engineer to join our growing team in Bali. This is a full-time position based on-site in Bali, where you will play a crucial role in the design, planning, and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our civil and structural engineering projects. As an MEP Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all building services are efficiently integrated into structural designs, meeting industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications. This role is essential to our project delivery excellence and contributes significantly to the successful completion of complex building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Prepare detailed MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using industry-standard CAD software
• Conduct load calculations, system sizing, and energy efficiency analyses for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations
• Coordinate with structural and architectural teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within building designs
• Review and approve contractor submissions, shop drawings, and MEP installation plans
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure installations comply with design specifications and safety standards
• Identify and resolve design conflicts and technical issues during the construction phase
• Maintain compliance with building codes, regulations, and environmental standards relevant to MEP systems
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver solutions that meet budget and timeline requirements
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site teams

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience as an MEP Engineer in civil or structural engineering projects
• Proficiency in MEP design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar BIM tools
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems design and installation practices
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations applicable to Indonesia and international standards
• Excellent understanding of load calculations, equipment sizing, and system integration principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with ability to liaise with multidisciplinary teams
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
• Professional engineer certification or license is highly desirable
